So, things might be looking up, which is good.
1) I talked to some people at the bank, and the overall consensus is basically, Washington Mutual likes to keep it's employees, so if it turns out that I want to stay with the company, but am in need of a transfer because I have no place to live, most likely, I will get the transfer.
2) I talked to Verizon Wireless about potentially moving the accounts of my brother and Heather onto their own responsibility (contigent on them passing the credit check). If they pass it (without having to put a deposit down and all), they can move their number off my account, and start building credit of their own. If it turns out they'd have to shell out money, they can say nevermind, and stay on my account.
3) I talked with Washington Mutual customer service about the overdraft on my account, to ensure that my account doesn't get closed for being overdrawn so long, as I have a paycheck going in this friday, and the overdraft wasn't due to me spending, but due to a reversal by Visa. The account was noted, and apparently, I am good to go, so my account shouldn't close.
4) If all goes well, I'll be getting an account with my name on it at the UNCLE credit union, which, once set up, I can get the routing and account number, and have parts of my paycheck direct deposit into that account, so that I can save up some money.
So, though things seem to be hitting the fan, I'm trying to be positive, and look on the bright side. I thank God that I have such good friends and family who are seeing me through these trying times. If I didn't have you all, I think I'd have gone insane and would have needed THE jacket.
I LOVE YOU ALL.
