Half Priced Books is awesome. i went there today after colleting applications, to try and find books on this author im getting to really like. Philip K. Dick. I just read his book, A Scanner Darkly, and its fucking awesome. I was saddened however to see that a movie is being release on it. And the main guy being played by fucking Keaneu Reeves. now i actually like Keaneu Reeves for the most part, but he is going fuck up this character, i just know it. anyway, they didnt have any more books by Dick, but as I was about to leave i saw this book up on display. "Meat Is Murder: An Illustrated Guide to Cannibal Culture"! and only 6 dollars!. so i was like fuck yes im getting this. and i did. that place is great, even their used movie selection, theyve got like a number of obscure movies, and like original vhs copies of classic horror films like Halloween and Friday the 13th. it really is a cool place.

also im very happy because i was able to smuggle back home two switchblades i purchased in Bulgaria. I went there and was like "oh shit, i got to try and find these things" and lucky enough they happened to have a hunting a fishing expo going on when i remembered. the first thing i fucking see when i get there is a booth with a line of switchblades. shit i could have even bought an uzi there. but anyway, my whole trip back i was very anxious to see if the blades got through. i was thinking of mailing htem here but it was going to be all complicated, so i just said fuck it, and wrapped them up in a cloth, and stuck them deep into a bag full of socks, and put it in my suitcase. I get to JFK airport, a sticker "X-ray checked" on my suticase, however the plastic tie i put on is still there. score! i check my bags back through, get to seattle, the tie is still there, and i am very very relieved and happy. eye luv it.

im trying to figure what the fuck i want to do with myself. i really want something with movies. just like anything at this point. making, acting, fxs, stunts, whatever. i really wish i had someone to collaborate with.
