DONE!!!!
In just over a year, I have managed to finish my Masters degree. I turned in the last assignment about twenty minutes ago, and my grade will be posted by Wednesday. I have a 100% in the class at the moment, so even if I get a 0 on the Power Point I just submitted, I'll still pass with a B or C in the course. I have earned A's in every class I've taken for the program, and I'm pretty sure I'll have another.
I have two weeks off work for fall break, and I plan on some hard-earned celebrations during this time! I'm visiting family, so if anyone in the Peoria area wants to celebrate with me, let me know. I don't have any official details about when or where, so I'm open to suggestions. If anyone out of town wants to help me celebrate, I'll try to arrange the festivities for a time that will be convenient for long-distance travelers.
I should receive my degree in the mail in about eight weeks. Kaplan also has two graduation ceremonies a year- one in Florida and one in Chicago. The Chicago ceremony won't be until August 7, so I plan on having the REAL celebration then.
