You know what I love best about this? How beautifully unapologetic it is. It reads almost like it refuses to explain itself, because that's just how it is in their little world, and if you don't get it, well, who needs ya, anyway? Which strikes me as just so very Scott and Barda. They don't need to -- and don't -- explain themselves. They just are as they are, and it's there to be seen in their words and actions, instead of needing inner dialogues.
