Christmas

So Christmas has come and gone. We got our tree up a week and a half ago and it took 3 days to get all the lights running on it. I think I replaced about 400 light bulbs. Aiden got lots if kittle goodies. Spending time with family and friends, and getting Aiden stuff is what Christmas is about to me. Our friends Jeff and Art came over and we had a wonderful time. It is always great spending time with them and they are our most loyal local friends. I can't wait to have Tiffany(
tiffy1luv) down here to share some our fun when we have get togethers.

We bought a Xbox 360 for Christmas and WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2007 (Art was hilarious to watch him play). I have to say it is the most astounding and best made wrestling game I have ever played. The graphics and commentary is so realistic that if you were walking by you might think it was the actual show for a minute. They have lots of wrestlers and legends and also got them to do lots of voicework as well. The seasonal storylines are exceptional. I haven't made it throught a season yet to see if the storylines repeat or not but I suspect they come in different orders and you may have to play more then one or two seasons to see them all. The only thing the game is missing is the bra and panties match. The controls are the best controls of any wrestling game as well giviing you access to more moves then I have seen in a wrestling game including mocking your opponent by using his own moves against him.

The Xbox itself seems like a well put together machine. Wireless controllers are a must and I got two with extra battery packs. One fully charged battery pack is good for about 25 hours of playing and it takes two hours to recharge one. I plan to get two more controllers in the next few months.

Patti cooked an awesome dinner.  We would have had rum cake too but we slacked on getting the rum and stuff for it until all the stores were closed for Christmas.  So New years for the rum cake I guess.
