So I'm writing, tonight, having a beer, and watching Hell's Kitchen. And I'm actually getting offended by Hell's Kitchen. To punish the losing team, they made them butcher a cow. Now, these are all experienced chefs. And yet they're acting like this is the most disgusting thing they've ever seen. How messed up is that? Where do they think those steaks came from? Corn stalks? Are we that removed from our food that to see it before hand is to cause discomfort?

And then they made it out to be a big thing to feed the losing team tongue and liver. Come on.
