How does this thing work again?

You know, if I had a hundred bucks for each time I've thought about doing an update in the past several months, I could take a month or three off from work.

Just to get past the "what's been going on" part of an update:

1.  We bought a Toyota Sienna -- needed room for a third carseat next March.
2. K was playing "mother maybe" at school the other day -- apparently, first graders are more ambivalent than I remember.
3. Another K cute story: she asked when her next dentist appointment is. I said that I couldn't "remember off the top of my head." She asked if I could remember off the bottom of my head.
4. M's new nickname is bruiser. He bruises as easily as I do and falls often. Coupled with his uncle's lack of fear -- you get the picture.

That's probably most of the major milestones.
