PUPPIES!

Okay, so they're huge now.  But technically still kind of sort of puppies.  Rayne (Black German Shepherd) will be a year old and Jasper (Anatolian Shepherd) is 8 months old.  He's a beast.  He weighs about 80 pounds now, and still growing!  But as you can see, they are the sweetest!

It's a trip having two overgrown puppies in the house. They usually don't go in our bedrooms, but my daughter let them in hers and they both made a mad dash for the bed, and started rolling around in it. They were too funny and cute to yell at. So out came the camera. LOL

Too funny! You have their personalities pegged. She's a bit more hyper, and though he's bigger than she is, she's alpha female and keeps him in line! LOL

Thanks, Dawn! They are very sweet. I told my daughter, there's no way I'm having two large dogs, and not have them be obedient and lovable, especially a dog that can possibly reach 150 lbs full-grown. (Jasper has a lot more growing to do!) So far they are good dogs, so we are pretty lucky too!

They are absolutely adorable!!

The black beauty is all like: "Yes pictures! I'm ready mom!" and the yellowish cute one is all: "Why are you taking pics mom? Black beauty said it was okay to go in here" LOL!

LOL, they know they aren't supposed to be on the beds, but they were too adorable to be mad at. My daughter took pics of them instead! :)

I grew up with dogs. We always had them, then as an adult I spent years unable to have any pets. Once I got my own house, one of the first things I did was get a dog for each of my two kids. They loved us for many years, but sadly when we had to put each of them to sleep months apart from each other, we found the house too empty without them. So this past year we got Rayne and Jasper. I don't think I'll ever be without dogs again. I told my kids, I'll be that crazy old lady with at least one dog, if not two in the house. LOL
