OH MY. so i have been scanning craigslist for summer sublets, and i found one this morning that's a 3 bedroom townhouse in Georgetown going for $915 a month. even though neither of my two jobs will be anywhere near that area, making up for the gas/metrofare is TOTALLY worth it. the house will fit 6 people, but it's cheap enough for me to be able to afford with only one roommate. so if there is one person who would be willing to commit to this with me, then i can take the house and we can try to gather more people. i think we'd be more comfortable with four or five, which would still make the rent under/around $200. fucking sweet.
