sushi experience!

i went with dan to ann arbor today to have sushi. the last time i tried sushi was years ago, and i hated it. i got the vegetarian kind, but it still tasted really fishy to me, and people blamed it on the seaweed at the time. i've steered clear of it since, but got adventurous today. the stuff we got was really good! i got this vegetarian platter thing w/ misu soup, sushi, tofu, noodles, and tempura. and i ate with chopsticks, which i was surprisingly better at than i thought i would be. it was all a very new, fun experience, and i'm proud of myself for revisiting it. we walked around a2 for a bit afterwards because it was a gorgeous day out.

now i have to work on my thesis :( it's hard to get motivated to work when you're having such a good time in life :)
