Birthday, etc.

Oops- slacked off updating... been a bit busy....

Wednesday- My birthday- I turned 19 at 9:42 AM- woohoo! Nothing too crazily momentous about nineteen- it's still illegal for me to drink, but I can get into Quills sans student ID and I believe Brunos now too which is 19 and up if I am not mistaken. Also I can sing "Light My Candle" to my hearts content... lol.

Met up with Chris B. and went to IOA. It's a good thing when the express pass things print out multiple times- just keep swiping your ticket... hehe. We rode lots of rides a few times and had quite a good time. I was saved by the oncoming thunderstorm from going on Doom's Drop... yeah, sorry, I don't like straight down drops. Ask Chris B.- the only ride I really freaked out on was Dudley Do-Right, and that's because of that damn drop. Ate a really good lunch at NBA City, during which my Mom and Dad called from the ship. What was supposed to be a one minute phone call kept going on and on because Mom would not stop talking about the Fjord, how beautiful it was, etc, etc, etc. It was quite amusing. My Dad was yelling at her to get off the phone since it was like a zillion dollars a minute. I hung up on her with a "I love you Mom I'll talk to you later" when she decided she wanted to talk to Chris B. Ugh- anyway, Chris B. and I went back into the park for a few rides, but it started to rain, etc and we were strapped in and ready to go on Doom's Drop when they announced it was closed down for the storm. So we waited around for his brother and left the park. I sat in about 40+ min of I4 traffic plus all the time it took to wind my way around downtown to get to 17-92, so I got home with about 20 min to change. Went to the Altamonte AMC, and saw Mr and Mrs Smith with Kim, Rachel, Kate, and Justin as Batman was sold out. Alan came around 9ish and went into Batman- we met up with him outside and all sat chatting for a while, then Alan and I snagged dinner at Steak n Shake- that was amusing... it's sad I still know all the protocol. Thanks btw to everyone who called, facebook messaged me, or IMed.

Thursday I woke up at 11:20 to a phonecall from Aunt Gwen "we're still meeting for lunch at 11:45, right? I got up, got dressed in about 2.5 minutes and hauled ass to Longwood. We went to this Chinese/Japanese place she and Papa and Bonnie love. Then I went home, cleaned up, etc. and went to work. Carly Fain's aunt and uncle, and both sets of grandparents came in and I waited on them all as it just happened to work out with rotation. It was fun. I got out early.

Friday- ran a few errands, worked on the blanket I'm making, went to the Schwartzs' to do laundry as they had painted or something in the laundry room and there was dust and a bunch of stuff everywhere and it was wet. I would just like to say that shrimp are a bitch to de-vein and if I randomly decide to cook shrimp next year in the apartment, they will be pre de-veined shrimp. It was amusing and I love to cook- but those damn veins do not want to come out. Then I went and saw Batman with Alan. Quite a good movie- I was amused. Christian Bale- despite the fact I had that crazy dream where he was a Nazi and tried to kill a bunch of us- say it with me now, damn. And the effects were really good and basically, I'm excited for the next one to come out.

I'm working tonight. And Mom and Dad come home.
