Hi! You've partially fixed my computer three times now. And it's still broken. I'm not asking for much, just to be able to use my computer. So if you could actually have a case manager call me back, I'd appreciate it.

Can I please cry now? I'm not asking for much- just to honor the warranty my parents bought. If they fixed it I'd be fine... but I still can't get on the internet with that computer. It now will hold a wire... but there's no connection. It's dead.
