A couple that I like would be Kyouya and Kiriya from the manga Gravity Eyes written by Fuwa Shinri. Kyouya was originally a side/supporting character in "Tsumasaki ni Kiss" where he was in love his boss, Homura who already has a lover. He had a brief love affair with Homura when Homura's relationship with his lover was off. Previously he was a host. In Gravity eyes, we find that Kyouya now quit his host job and is attending college studying law. He now works at a restaurant. At the restaurant he meets Kiriya who happens to be a professor at his university. Kyouya at this time is in love with his boss at the restaurant which is a married man, however the man the Kyuoya finds himself thinking about the most is cold and arrogant Kiriya.
One of the thing I like about this couple is that they are both draw very manly, in fact, Kyouya, who is the uke in this story was a seme in "Tsumasaki ni Kiss." I am also pretty fond of Kyouya as he as pretty optimistic and hard working. You see that Kiriya slowly changes and opens up to Kyouya. Both characters also has a bit of a dark past. Kiriya was abandoned as a child which lead to his cold personality. Kyouya witness his fathers suicide and ended up shouldering the large debt left by his father after the suicide.
