DAMN CF!
went to california fitness this evening to look for the customer/member mgr regarding jumali's membership.
1. 2 lawyers letters threatening legal action had been sent to ju
2. his debit card number was taken down without his approval, and CF tried to deduct from that acct (to my horror). i told him to empty that acct as soon as he got his pay. cos any monies they took i feel would be unrecoverable.
3. NO action was taken to terminate his membership even if he had given instructions to.
we waited 20 minutes at the reception for the person to arrive. and when she finally did sit down at her table, she went about her own business while we sat there like dummies.
1. there was no greeting from her
2. we were transparent / invisible to her for that 300 seconds.
never mind.
then she nonchalantly turned to us and said: how can i help you? Like it was the first time she was dealing with jumali (in fact he had previous contact with her)
then i asked her some difficult questions abt the letters she had sent jumali.
then she claimed she did not know he terminated the membership with CF. with such a condescending tone.
she said that there was no black and white.
i was like angry and said: he came down in june to talk to your guys about this and there was no documentation?!!
she STILL insisted that nothing had been communicated and CHALLENGED ME: WHO ARE YOU TO TALK TO ME ABOUT THIS?
i was tempted to say: LIM LAO PEI. but decided not to. i am not a hooligan like she was.
but there was no way i was a kid and am going to be cowered by her. cos shw was apparently trying to assert her superiority.
haha. wrong target dude. i am the LAST person you want to mess with. ju might be a more docile and quiet person but i aint man.
i then went into a volley of words effectively putting her down and pinning her down until she keep quiet. and she still had the cheek to pretend that ju never said anything about terminating his membership.
in the middle of my reply.
out of nowhere, she BANGED her table.
for like 0.5 seconds, we were stunned.
wah i got really mad and started scolding her.
excuse me, is this your brand of customer service?
then she abruptly went out to attend to an injured customr. and it was then the GM came in and all our compalains went to him.
we got a look in her logbook and lo and behold, there was an entry when ju had previously met her. and NO ACTION WAS TAKEN AT ALL.
he was like a million times better than her man.
he then apologised for her disgusting behaviour and promised some action.
we are (for the moment) satisfied.
personally though i feel that more needs to be done.and i will be waiting for whoever was arrowed to call me. if anymore of this merry-go-round occurs, i will be considering an action class suit for this fraud.
no wait ju is gg pay even a single cent for tis outrageousness.
as i am considering legal action, the names have been left out. but if i do not get any reply within 3 days. i gg make sure she gets it big time and sacked from her job. nothing less.

if you happen to be inside, go and dig out your contract and scrutinise every line and detail
