Was looking around online to read more about John Edwards. I found the interview he and Elizabeth did for 60 Minutes last night (Katie Couric?). It is the worst interview I may ever have seen/read/heard. It goes like this:
Q: You have cancer! That's scary!
A: Yes... it's hard.
Q: You could die!
A: Um. Actually, I will. Rather like everyone else.
Q: And you-- you're still going to run for President!
A: Yes.
Q: Your wife has cancer! That's scary!
A: Yes. It's hard.
Q: "Some say" that's a bad idea.
A: Some people are scared of cancer.

I cannot imagine why some might be scared of public figures with cancer doing important things. Thanks for the insight, Katie.
