Hung out with Tim, in from LA on Friday
Hung out with Morgan and Cassandra, in from Tacoma today

Lots of reminiscing.

Jess even showed up,.. it was magical.

Carissa recently developed several rolls of film which ranged from 5 to 10 years old.

We all pointed and laughed and retold the stories.

"Who is THAT guy? I dont remember that guy! Why am I standing next to him?"
-"I remember that! We were at a hotel... we were in Yakima for some reason. OH! For the sci-fi fantasy convention! Remember? The one where you got hit on by the creepy guy who talked about his kidney stones?! REMEMBER?! He was that guy! That guy! Um,.. we partied in his hotel room and he was friends with... with,... Kim from High School, remember?"
"O yeah, he danced funny and kept trying to sleep with us! EW! Why did I take a picture with him?! That was fun, though."

Sort of conversations.

All of us realizing that even though we still feel like 16,... that we have really changed a lot since then,.. we all look OLD now! We used to look young! How did I NOT NOTICE?!

Lots of hugs and old inside jokes.

No One Steen Town.
MMMSM.
Condom crowns.

You know, those things that only make sense to you and the people who were there?

Getting the chance to tell stories you forgot, stories you haven't thought about for years.

We all said goodbye, and I ran off to see Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Garland Theatre for the midnight show. Jen and Nisha were already waiting for me. They had some party packs and were dressed up in their cutest underwears. We tried DESPERATELY to keep up with the adlibs. We used to practice adlibs in high school,... we would REALLY have Rocky Horror Picture Show Practice Nights,... we'd all do some research on adlibs from around the country/world, and then watch the movie and share what great adlibs you found, fine tune our group efforts, and try to get better and faster and more complicated adlibs...

Losers. Yep.

We watch it once a year, now... if we're lucky. We're getting slow in our old age and forgetting lines... but we still know some good ones that no one else uses locally but get good laughs...

Then the three of us took another look at the pictures since Jen and Nisha hadn't seen them, but were in a few of them. Same story... I heard OTHER stories I never heard before because I don't reminisce with them often. I hear stories I remember gossip about back in high school, but never heard it first-person... got other versions of stories I had only heard one side of. The mystery of highschool social interaction becomes revealed.
