The boss who keeps trying to get me fired (so others say) complimented me on my work ethic. Also, gave a nod to ghettobunny18 saying that he wishes he had workers like Alex. I just wish that I worked with Alex and not the people I work with now.
Ok, I only sorta dislike my coworkers.. and its MUCH better when PPG@W isnt there.
Went to Jesse's family for dinner. We are taking out short-term loan with them for our littley housey-house...
Not only do they have money to lend,.. but they are kind and sweet about it. I am not particularly used to either of those. I hate borrowing from my mom, she has less "extra" money than I do. My grandma HAS the money, but she uses it to harp, guilt and generally make you wish you never asked...
Anyways, it is amazingly nice of them to do this for us, and shows alot of respect for both of us, I think... or I hope...?
Instead of going home after work to clean/organize or sleep... I am always running errands. Doing things.
I need to insure my car, asap. I found some good rates.
Yesterday I ran errands and I left a sack of stuff on the bus. I hate that shit. I was really excited because I bought a book that looks good, some REALLY expensive fabric (usually $10-$12/yd) for cheap (2 yards for $2) and a really cute sexy shirt for fat chicks like me. SO SAD!
But, it might have been rescued by the BusDriverMan for me to pick up.. if I am ever available to pick it up during their office hours.
Went to poker. There was hardly anyone there... which was REALLY weird. Read taradinoc's account. Anyways, I got out like 10th place (ie: I sucked) and Jesse did his best to get himself out of the game in time to get to BestBuy before it closed... he failed miserably and doubled up 3 times in a row in the process! In the end, Jesse won the whole game with an AMAZING hand!

Jesse raised "All In" and was called by his opponent.

Jesse shows his hand (A/A) and calls the other guy a bastard. Because, well, its fun to do that.

Jesse takes the lead with three of a kind!
Actually, thinking about the hand, I think he cinches the lead. NOTHING can come that would give the other player a winning hand.
We clap and celebrate.

Jesse just won the tournament with Four of a Kind, Aces!!
