This is the Spokane County Courthouse.
Here it is from 1895 when it was brand new.
In my antsy feeling,
thinking about learning how to find foreclosure auctions
just in case we ever want to cash out this house
and buy something bigger,
but cheaper.
Apparently the Spokane County Courthouse,
and its attending grounds, which includes our municipal annex,
and juvenile courthouse
are under foreclosure.
With over 33,000 square feet of building space,
we'd really have room to stretch out!

It has a nuclear-bomb safe shelter!
Plus, all the turrets we'd ever want!
It's address of 1116 W. Broadway Avenue...
is currently scheduled to be auctioned off in April,
the auction to be held,
where *all* the foreclosure-for-failure-to-pay-property-tax auctions are held...
at the County Treasurer's Office
located at 1116 W. Broadway Avenue.
