Wow, 12 weeks it took me to make an entry
Sorry for not actually updating. This quarter at OSU really went by fast.
First off, my finals are done! Yay! I will be in C-bus through Tuesday, so if anyone wants to hang out before then, let me know. To the Clevelanders, I will be in town Wednesday through Saturday. To note, Janet is coming back with me so she will be along for fun as well.
I am glad my classes are over with. I will get around to posting my images from my photoshop class soon. I think my favorite project was the second one. I am really glad I don't have to deal with my sociology teacher. At first the class was fun, but by the end of the quarter it was just annoying. She basically taught her opinions and would go off on tangents quite easily. I swear, on the days we were really in the class for the 108 minutes, if we cut out the tangents and random rants, the actually class material covered would have fit into 30 minutes. The Medical Anthropology course was really fun. I didn't even mind that the midterm and final were short answer.
Janet has been rather silly lately. She has been trying to get me to decide where she is going to grad school. I keep refusing to do so. She is torn between Seattle and North Carolina. OSU already accepted her even though she has not interviewed yet. We think this is because she knows many of the people already and that the interview is a formality at this point.
I am sad I had to miss the Linkin Park concert. Can you guys believe that I actually missed one of their concerts? I didn't have the funds for it and I had too much school work at the time. Yes, I actually had to work on projects on a Friday night. sigh. Will try to catch them next chance I get. Speaking of bands, still have to word about when Julien-K is going to be touring next. I wish they would release their CD, but they aren't going to until they get a bigger fan base from touring. They don't want to rely on radio stations for hype. I also hope that Dead By Sunrise releases a CD. That is the band formed when Julien-K plays with Chester Bennington of Linkin Park.
Think that this is all for now. Might go see a movie tonight after my doctor's appt and cross-stitch later on.
