Shark muscle on my face is always an interesting way to start the day

So I survived parents weekend.  It was okay seeing my parents.  My Parents, Song, Janet and I went to Champs for dinner Friday.  Afterward we went on the Haunted OSU tour.  Was alright.  Learned that Orton Hall was built with the oldest rocks on the bottom, and the ones from closest to the surface on the top.  They missed a few of the ghost stories that I have heard.

Saturday we went on the Stadium Tour since i know my parents have been wanting to go on it all four years.  We got to go down on the field, as well as in the band room and in the locker room.  We were suppsed to see the recruitment room, but it was in use.  We saw many other parts of the stadium, but I got bored quickly.   It was a two hour tour.  Afterward I got to go shopping with my parents.  Kinda felt like I was being interrogated when I was in the car with them though.  I know they want me to talk to them about September, but I feel like they are accusing me and looking down on me.  It is really hard.  the dinner that night was okay.

Later on, Janet and i went and got pumpkins.  We carved them on Sunday.  i got a small one and carved a horrified expression on it and stuck it in the mouth of my larger pumpkin.

So far this week is going better than last week, expect for getting shark on my face.  In lab on Tuesday we started to disect the shark head.  I was carefully carving away part of the neuocranium, and had to remove some muscles.  i pulled with my forecepts and a piece went flying up onto my left cheek.  i souldn't pick it off since my gloves were covered in shark remains and preservation fluid.  My partner decided to use a scalple to remoce it.  Yeah, I was a bit afraid he would poke my cheek, but he didn't.

Neilwood Gables South has opened up and we are moving to the permanent (for the rest of the quarter) schedule starting Monday.  Yay.

Talk later.
