So I had an orientation for White River today. Turns out that the company who runs their stage crew also does other venues, like the Key, and the Tacoma Dome. So, I can just tell our scheduler that I want to hear about other venues, and that's that, I don't have to wait for something to roll around at one place. Also, they handle stuff a LOT more professionally than the company at the Gorge, which mostly means that I won't get stuck with a crew full of pot smokers who can't wait til the job is done to light up. Any drugs on the premises and they get axed. No looking the other way, they only get one shot.
