so... I was lonely tonight when I got off work. oh... 47 minutes ago... and I'm not even going to post the stupid stuff I've eaten. It was all fat-free or low-cal but I didn't need to eat. This is my last binge... or so I say now... I hate being lonely... I just took the last of my laxatives... I can't believe I'm doing this.
