WTF about the MLR manga
So, as I said in my previous post, it's almost certain that my NaNoWriMo project this year will be a Mythical Detective Loki fic. I write manga-verse, and I hadn't read it in a while, so I decided to take another look at it today.
You know Yamino? The super polite, nice guy who's a great cook? (see icon)
You know the Shikigami, that pink creature that goes, "Punyaaaan~" and is supposed to be cute?
Yeah...
I just noticed... The black-and-white back cover of the first volume features Yamino cooking the Shikigami and serving it half-alive to Loki... and he's smiling like a snake as he stops a desperate Shikigami from getting away! I can't decide if this is super creepy or so awesome I should somehow fit it into my fic! o____o
Anyway, gotta love the old style. It looks so strange and different from what we've become used to. XD I love Loki's initial personality, too; he's such a brat.
