I keep randomly losing o-rings. I used to have god knows how many 0g's, but now I'm down to about 4. So today I ordered 2 KAOS silicone eyelets (from BAF because BAF is the greatest).

Theyre good because:
1. they dont need o-rings
2. they're easier to insert than metal double-flared eyelets
3. they dont make your ears sore
4. most imporantly, they keep ear cheese to a miniumum
