As far as blind dates goes, you should keep 3 things in mind at all times:

1) Women can get away with atrociously bad behavior as long as they're aesthetically beautiful

2) Men can get away with atrociously bad behavior/aesthetic appearance if they're demonstrably successful (i.e. wealthy, worldly, or wise).

3) Blind dates can often enhance what would generally be considered a lackluster experience. AKA-- most people go in expecting the worst, and so will go on to mistake a marginally successful date as being a top tier result. Make sure you don't compromise your standards, in other words!

I don't know if I agree with #2, although worldly would be a good quality. But i'm not really into money, in fact, it's actually a turn-off for me because most people flaunt it thinking it would be a turn-on. Might work on 80% of women but I'm not in there. And I know #1 has to be true... at least for a first date. The guy may run away screaming at the end but he'll stick it out if she's pretty. ::shakes head:: Men.

Nope. Most definitely not, but I was last year. Trying to explain the story of how I fell so ridiculously in love. This is only part 1, mostly because I couldn't stay awake any longer to continue :)
