The most beautiful thing I've ever made with my own two hands
I'm so happy with this, I could very well explode.
The original design was 2 tier, but I kept looking at it and looking at it... and I just had to add another. For my own sanity. It needed it. Seriously. Hahaha... so I surprised her with an extra tier.
I worked really hard on it and my friend paid me almost twice what I originally asked for it haha. One day I will learn my own worth.
I got so lucky finding these flowers. I REALLY wanted lavender roses and I was having a hell of a time finding them. I even wanted to try to find real flowers, but that was a no go haha. I got an amazing deal on these and they match the ribbon perfectly. The cake is for my friend Jess's sister's bridal shower... I hope she loves it.
Also, today, I apologize for the photo dump, but I made some other sweet treats today too!
This was the first time I've ever made these. It was a huge pain in the ass, it took FOREVER and they didn't come out anything near as nice as I wanted them to... but I also think they probably look way better than I think they do... I made them to give away at the Really Really Free Market which is going on down the block from me. It started like an hour ago, but I'm so fucking tired from cakery all day that I just need to rest for a moment lol.
I don't even want to THINK about cleaning up the mess that is my kitchen hahahaha
