So, I'm impressed by the speed of life.
Last week at this time I was reeling from being held up at gun point in front of my building at 3am (and the slightly traumatic fear that followed). In a week I've managed school and lots of appointments to see spaces. I'm happy to report that today I found a space that is not only (+/-)120$ cheaper per month, but is also one of the most beautiful spaces I've ever lived and is in a much safer neighborhood. A great (and mature) roommate who lives on a separate floor is included :)
The whole experience has restored my faith in the universe, which was a little touch'n'go for a bit.
