It seems my gluten-free diet is really working. I mean, I knew it was because my thoughts and memory have been much clearer, etc, but! I have substantial physical evidence because
my periods are becoming more regular! I used to have a period 3 times a year, but since I've started my gluten-free diet, they've been evening out. Like... I haven't been having full-on periods, but I have at least had a teeny tiny bit the past two months. So yay! I mean, it kind of sucks to have a period ever, but it's definitely better for me. :]
Now if I can just completely dedicate myself to the diet, I should get even better! I mean, I've been doing pretty well, but I have been cheating here and there. I need to stop. :I
