I opened the blinds of my room, looked out the window, and saw that the world is bathed in a wet shade of blue.
It's a rainy sunday. It's been like this the whole day (I woke up late anyway hehe). The world is bathed in a dark shade of blue. Rain-blue. Blue-rain. I prefer gray days to rain. I can't go out without soaking my shoes. I don't like it. As Allen had said in Escaflowne: "Rain, there's something sad about the rain, it washes everything away."
My cells are screaming for a caffeine fix. I don't have coffee in the kitchen (I only have the espresso grind for the stove top espresso machine but I don't like the way it tastes). I was able to scrounge up some left-over Cafe Estima from the freezer. I don't know how old it is but it tasted like mud.
Need coherence... Need to study.
I need my caffeine fix.
Maybe I'll brave the rain and walk to 86th street for a cup of joe.
Maybe.
