Have you started eating brains yet? If you look down and realize you're covered in entrails and blood, you might want to talk to someone about it. Consider your options. Do you want to zombify your life? Is it really worth the risks? Remember, the support network is there for you.
What's your major? A college experience is either hellish, pleasant, or deep-fried with a serving of brimstone and eternal anguish and pain depending on your major.
In my middle school, it was always those "30 years from now" posters.
:/
Didn't do all that much to help with my -9999 motivational score even then.
You've done more than I have though. I screwed around for two years after high school and I'm just planning on going to college now. Like this coming January now. I actually entertained the idea of going to butler school for a while. :<
And I love writing. I thought about that too, maybe being like a...I dunno, maybe like one of those people that work for National Geographic and get to go to fawsome places and write about nude beaches and stuff.
But I fall into times when nothing can get me to write (I too, have lately fallen out of an old fandom favorite. Sweet sadness, its like losing my favorite keychain all over again and then realizing that I never liked it much anyways).
But don't worry much about it. We just have to keep hope. I'll come do your laundry and crosswords for you if you pay me. >__>
I shall put your name down as possible rent-a-friend/slaves, as I feel that I won't have a whole lot of applicants. And you shall get paid! It may be less than a brownie a day, as I am cheap, but you shall get paid!
The way things are, I'm kinda thinking, "was college anything more than a pretty piece of paper? Seriously?" I'm thinking employers are more looking for certifications and solid job skills, so if the experience and junk is there, you've probably got a good chance.
BARTENDING SCHOOL. YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO. You get good tips too.
Through away all my old keychains. Only miss the one that opened bottles.
Food is always an acceptable form of payment. :3 But wait...less than a brownie? You mean like a crumb? :o Half a cookie? A single chocolate chip? Q_Q
OH MY FREAKIN GOD I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN. It this tidepool of a town I live in I can't find a job to save my life. Not one that I would al teast mildly enjoy coming to and doing everyday, even if it is something just to get the bills paid. (laughing at self, 'bills? what bills? you bum off everyone you bum')
I might just do that. Bartending school. And maybe go to the Florida Keys. I'm pretty sure there's always a bar open down there that might need somebody. Hm...
Oh, I was thinking about going to college for clothes designing. Its not like an "I LIVE FOR IT" thing but more like a "I mess with it every now and then thing." So I won't be terribly heartbroken when I get bored doing it. : / Because I'm bound to, eventually. I always do.
Yeah... just graduated, just got a job (that I wouldn't have gotten without my B.A., so that's worth something, I guess, though I was an English major as well). I don't really want a butler, though. Having someone around all the time whose only purpose is to serve you seems kind of creepy. Wouldn't mind a helicopter, though.
Glad you're not dead, even if your job is less than fulfilling. And I think you're thinking of yaoi_challenge.
... ... ...YOU'RE MY HERO. IT IS YAOI_CHALLENGE. I KNEW I'D DONE IT BEFORE.
A butler would be kinda creepy, when you put it like that. Even if he was a ninja though? Probably. Mostly, I just want a cook. Can't cook to save--can't cook well to save my life. I cook well enough to keep living, but I can't say I'm happy with it.
Alright, I'd take the butler if he was also a ninja, but I'd rather have the ninja be a cook, or, you know, just a good friend of mine. Either way, I'd appreciate having a ninja in my life in a non-life threatening way.
Quality Assurance for a medical software company. Alternatively, doing nothing productive and meeting new geeks to hang out with, depending on the context of your question.
Hee! Meeting new geeks sounds fun, I'd like to get paid for that.
I'd be kinda worried if my cook was a ninja. It brings whole new dimensions to the phrase "mystery meat" and "throwing a meal together." Now he if he was a chauffer....we'd probably crash but only I would die, because I do not have super-honed reflexes and skills. But it'd still be fun!
AAH this entry makes me bipolar. I'm super happy to read you again but not so much about the reason for your absence... I do miss you girl. Hope you're getting cereal over there.
If you write Dogs, make sure you post it here somewhere, I think you'd write the most interesting Badou <3
Is your email still the same? Is it OK to write you?
Man, I love Dogs; wish I could write it, but it's just one of those things where a plot/storyboard/bunny does not occur. Nada. I'll see if I can channel Badou though, I love his eyepatch deal he's got going on.
And I'm getting food, since I'm working, and since I'm working, I no longer write. Which is sad, but doesn't leave me too much time or space to be sad in, so it kinda works out.
My email is the same! Has not changed, I'd love to get emails, I'm just not real sure when I'd be able to reply. It's sorta whatever/ever, whenever, but I always like getting news ^_^
Seems like a very absorbing job indeed... but I certainly draw less and less ever since I started working (yeah, finished school and got a job at an agency ^^) so I kinda understand, the mental processes that go before drawing/writing get completely messed up T__T
Because you're not depressed enough yet, latest update from the UCSD English student teacher from my last school.
She's got a part-time job at a cake store.
I should add, at UCSD, you finish the program with a masters. She has a masters in Education, and she's relieved that she got a part-time job at a cake store.

Thought related to the post, but not my previous comment: the better an anime/tv show/movie/book, the harder it is to write fanfiction. That's why GundamW and DBZ are easy, but Dogs and Evangelion are harder. Of course, that didn't stop the people in charge of Angelic Days, but whatcha gonna do?

You? You live as well?

I'm just barely alive -- between all the things that have happened since I last heard from you, well. It's like I should be a zombie by now.

GOD DAMN SHIRO. YOU JUST HAD TO, DIDN'T YOU.
Although I feel slightly better, about myself. But. Still. It's not fair right now. Like REALLY.
I'm starting to think location has a lot to do with it though, the more I get a sounding from different people.

I've actually never seen FLCL fanfic, btw. And I've always shied away from Johnny C. fanfic too, can't quite...wrap my head around it.
