to house or not to house
so we put our condo on the market to sell and got an offer that is too low, but maybe they'll take our counter offer. we wanted to build but maybe that's too expensive and we are looking for houses but everything we want is out of our price range (if only we lived in buffalo!!!!) and we are saving a TONNNNNN right now being in the condo because we can afford it on john's salary, and what to dooooooooooooo????? buying/ building = not saving nearly as much. but we want some place bigger that is not a condo that is not too expensive. poo poo.
