“Major Thomas Moore, but I’m pretty sure you’ll have forgotten my name by the moment I walk through that door.” Hey, he knew that. He knew that guy’s name was Moore. Of course he did. Sheppard isn't the only one able to remember everyone and their mothers’ names.
He wants to tell Measter that he has no problem with remembering names
Oh, perfect! Then later on he's trying to complain about Montgomery to Sheppard! Yes, Rodney, you can remember names just fine.
