Brrr! It's so bitterly cold out! I can't understand how people can take this weather. A little cold weather I don't mind, just enough to make it snow and to keep it on the ground for awhile, but seriously, there are icicles draping near my window! For a second I thought I saw a small bird frozen on my windowsill. Yikes.
Of course I can't keep couped up in here forever, I had to go out and retrieve some food, considering my cabinets were bare (though I was partially tempted with the notion of ordering take out until the weather warmed up, but heaven knows how long that'll last.) and took a quick trip to get groceries.
Needless to say I don't need to leave my house for at least another week and a half, and I don't plan to leave the sanctity of my blankets.
Brother, I believe our 'appointment' is coming up soon.
