Gackt live in Taiwan~
It hasn't been officially announced, but it seems that Gackt is having two concerts in Taiwan in February. :D Here are some news articles talking about it: udn; chinatimes; apple. I can't read them, but I know there are lots of people who know Chinese on my flist, so...~~ ^^
The concerts are February 7 and 8, at a venue in Taipei. Tickets can be bought at this site starting January 16.
I wish I could go to Taiwan this year~~ ;___; It's nice that the Asia tour is really happening now! And see Kee, I told you he is getting closer and closer to you! XD

Visual Kei singer Gackt who is currently appearing in the NHK drama "Fuurin Kazan" has finally fufilled his long awaited (of many years) wish by announcing that he will be conducting his live performances in Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong. He even gave Taiwan (TV) host 吳建恆 a call. His voice overflowing with joy, he spoke in fluent chinese saying:" I'm going over to Taiwan to hold a concert loh!"
He is scheduled to perform at the Taipei County Government Multi-purpose Hall of 1,400 capacity on 7th and 8th of February. To ensure the quality/standard of the performance, there will firmly be no addition of seats or performance dates and his entire production set will be air-flown in. Japan's king of visual kei is finally fufilling the promise he's made when he last came to Taiwan. Its been decided to open Gackt's Live tours to Korea, Taiwan, Hongkong and other Asian Countries and he will be performing in Taipei County Government Multi-purpose Hall on 7th and 8th of February.
Gackt, who is currently busy filming for his role in NHK's new drama "Fuurin Kazan", will kick off the large-scale asian Live Tour "Gackt Training Days Asia Tour" in Korea on 27th January and make its 2nd stop in Taiwan on 7th and 8th of February for a 2 day performance. Gackt will be travelling in with his Live Tour's entire production team - stage sets, dancers, crew - and will also be selling limited quantities of his Tour Goods on-site.
Tickets to the Taiwan performance will commence selling next tuesday. Gackt noted that, due to his numerous visits - whether personal or professional (business), he's made many good friends in Taiwan and has been working hard at improving his chinese. He had previously showcased his accurate pronounciation of the chinese language, when he collaborated Wang Lee Hom on the chinese song 12LOVE SONG.
One of Gackt's good taiwanese friends, 吳建恆, said that the moment the plans to extend his Live Tours to Asia has been confirmed, Gackt immediately rang him directly from Japan to share the good news with him.

Gackt has, over the years, made numerous - both personal and professional - trips to Taiwan and has been privately working hard at mastering his chinese and his pronounciation. He's become good friends with Wang Lee Hom ever since they worked together on the movie "Moon Child" and has previously made a guest appearance on Wang Lee Hom's concert, with both parties singing the chinese song: 12LOVE SONG, during which Gackt has demonstrated his level of chinese (language). And he will now be able to once again showcase his chinese during his upcoming concert.
