Evil sadistic bastards... Who the hell gives five-days' notice that a new song has to be submitted!?
I've been working on songs since the first one was submitted, yeah, but I didn't like any of them. Frickin lame mushy lovey-dovey crap wouldn't get the fuck out of my head. I blame you Oshitari. Your lameness is contagious. Everything I could think of was super lame. My brain's a traitor. I'm certain of it.
But after ten thousand different set of lyrics, I think I finally settled on one that I don't hate. Hanging out with Gakuto the other day reminded me of tennis and summer and what sort of trouble we used to get into, so I guess that half-inspired me. The song's called, "Natsu no Kakera" and it's about summer and friendship.

Hope everyone else is doing okay with their songs. (Gakuto, did you start anything yet!?) I'm sucking at lyrics right now, but I can help with music arrangement and stuff. Just let me know.
[ooc: It's originally a song sung by Coming Century (the younger subset of the J-Pop band V6), but we'll pretend it's Shishido's. The song title translates to 'Fragments of Summer.' The lyrics/translation can be found here.
I wanted a certain vibe for the second single that implied that Shishi's lame head is filled with lovey-dovey thoughts, but that Shishi could (attempt to) pass of as just friendship, even when the lyrics' meaning is probably super-obvious to everyone in the world but him xD (And wasn't "Ichinichi Dake no Bakansu," because that one is a more like a brick over the head, though I intend to use it sooner or later.) It was a pain in the ass to find =/ But so worth it. As always, feel free to poke fun at my poor muse xD]
