Improvisational theatre come in many forms, and one group in St. Petersburg combine ordinary dramatic theatre with improvisation. They make improvised performances of scripted dramatic plays. That is, they use a script, but the performance is improvised. The rehearsal process is about freeing yourself from the script, seeing the motivations, emotions, relations and so on of the characters instead.
