After one hell of a shitty week, I've been having a decent weekend thus far. *knocks on wood*
Friday, I found out at about 9 o'clock that I didn't have to close. That's always a happy surprise. So, I got to go out to O'Donovan's to see the Colonial Bhoys. It was a great show and I had lots of fun. I think it made it better knowing that I had thought I would still be at work at that point, but instead I was out at the bar, hanging out and having a good time.
Tonight, work kinda flew by. My co-workers have been trying to play match-maker. I had mentioned that I think one of the guys who works at Papa Johns next door is cute. Today, Mel went over to find out if he's single. So much drama... everything is a big production there. Some customer was going to go over to ask if he was single before Mel decided to. I'd be more worried about it if he wasn't quiting and going to be gone in a week. Hell, at least it keeps us all entertained. It's of course, a longer story than that (Including the story of the day we found out his name), but that will have to be saved for another day.
I should try to get some sleep now. I have to get up early to drive to Cannon Falls for the holiday celebration with Aaron and Merry.
