post hiatus
i guess i'm celebrating the fact that i've finished one of my supposedly most difficult midterm exams this semester today by visiting my journal with a post. in an hour, i will be dealing with my next exam, a take-home exam, which i dread to do, and which i dare not detail.
2007, already a semester and a half has passed with me missing my 24/7 internet connection in my former temporary-permanent residence in campus. which explains the lack of post in this journal, and consequently, the temporary death of my poetic skills (?). i've been terribly busy yet blissfully happy in that past sem-and-a-half. i was preoccupied with a budding romance, the regular law grind and house management. I would like to call the period a cocooning... i could say i've had more than just a change of habit and lifestyle in the past days, although i would reserve judgment on whether the cocooning resulted in a butterfly or an uglier worm.
i must say i have sucessfully shunned smoking out of my life finally, which is an accident of fact, having my boyfriend (who hates smoker girls) always beside me and my mom and my sister watching my every step all the time. i haven't been partying, which is also an accident of fact...
