So We're lookin at a new house now. Our lease is up like the end of December, but we're trying to get out before that, and get away from all the problems in that fucking house and that bat shit crazy landlord. We were paying 1200 for it (it's a 2/1), but with all of the bullshit and "surprises" we've encountered, it's really only worth like 900. The one we looked at isn't that far away, and oddly enough its the same blueprint but opposite. It's nicer, though. It's going for 1300, but we've already talked the guy down to 1100. We looked at it tonight, and there's no dishwasher, and the bedroom carpets need to be changed (they're dog-soiled). Otherwise, it's a nice fucking house. And hopefully, this one isn't infested with fucking cockroaches (crazy fucking super roaches that will never die), and, i hope, that the ac actually works instead of not work and fucking suck the blood out of a paycheck. Also, i hope this plumbing isn't fucked up (ridiculously) and can actually flush shit (yeah, really, you have no idea..) But, it looks promising so far. It's already painted a nice dark green color and has some wood fixtures. Theres wood paneling throughout most of the house, and some tile in the kitchen (actually tile, not shitty stained peeling lanolium). The bathroom looks updated with a pedestal sink and pretty nice tub. No mildew or other nasty shit. pretty clean. theres a big mirrored wall when you walk into the living room. i think i like it, i'm psyched about not having to paint, since i was planning on making the next house a home for the sake of my little shit head. our yard is a lot bigger than two feet (haha). I don't know, i like it so far.
But yeah, I've been planning the baby shower like crazy lately and i already picked up some decorations with my mom last week. i've got another ob/gyn appt. next thursday, they're making them every 2 weeks now. they say it's possible for me to give birth at any given time now. I've been having some serious heart burn and acid reflux for the past week. it's killing me. burning me alive.
