(no subject)
So much for having pizza for Thanksgiving.
I have just reported DAR's driver to their customer service as a no-show. This street has been DEAD today. I haven't seen a single car. And I love pizza so I watched and watched and watched the street from about 1:00 p.m. I was supposed to be picked up at 3:04 p.m., so you KNOW I was ready and watching early.
I am now going to leave an e-mail detailing my displeasure--and noting that this is the second time in four days that they have stood me up. This is NOT good customer service. And I think that everyone connected with DAR should hear about it. EVERYONE.
