It looks very much like a legitimate program you haven't used up till now, but if you say, "No, I don't want to download AV Security," you get bombarded with interruptions, announcements of infections, Viagra ads and porn sites every two minutes.
Oh, and if you have anti-virus and/or anti-malware programs on your computer? It turns them right off. And you can't reactivate them. In fact, it'll turn off every program you have and render your computer useless.
AV Security malware is fucking viciousIf you think that your computer might be infected, and if your anti-virus software is still working, then update the anti-virus program and then run a full scan of your system.
