Tech Problem
My computer is acting up. It won't allow me to open downloads.
I've run computer check after computer check. No viruses are showing up. I've run Chkdsk, too, and no bad sectors had shown up last night when I left the computer to continue Chkdsk on its own and went to bed.
Something is clearly blocking the ability to open the downloads, but I don't know what it is.
Er...help?
ETA: Okay, this is the problem. I don't know how to fix it, but this is the problem being described.
