So, a kid in my math class decides he wants to cheat on a test today. No big deal, cheating is fun. The teacher of the class first of all, being Mrs. Hattan, is no big surprise students can easily cheat in her class. In fact, it's so easy, you can walk up to her desk (when she's there), take the test key, and walk back to your seat...but that's only on quiz days.
Needless to say, he had his friend's dad figure out the answers to the test (stole the test in advance, another clue to how easy it is to cheat in Hattans), who was in fact a mathematician. All was going well. He was on the last problem from his copying. And then, oh geeze...Hattan catches him. She walks up to him and says "Oh Shane, I wanted to know why you were on this excused list -- What's this?" (picks up his answers to the test which he was holding RIGHT in his hand). She then proceeds to rip up his test and lecture on how he was a bad student.
The funny part was that Shane wasn't even suppose to be any excused list...so for the rest of the class he yelled to Hattan, in obvious anger and confusion.."Why the HELL am I on an excused LIST!?
It pretty much made my day.
