Against the odds!!!!!!!
After being told, just two days ago red tape was holding things up....the adoption papers came thru today after all!!!!!
ADOPTION DAY will be November 13th after all. So after nearly 16 years (and 8 other grand-kids) I finally (officially) have another grand-daughter who thinks
"pa pa" is the greatest thing since sliced bread. (in other words a grandchild who realizes she can get whatever she wants by asking me ;D)
