Question about continuity, since I haven't seen the ep yet:
(In the past/flashback) Did Booth tell Brennan about his son?
Because if he didn't, and we know he didn't because she didn't know about it in season 1, then that's a huge continuity issue for me. It's great that he told her about his gambling problem but for me I think it's more important that he tell 'the one' that he's got a son. If Parker wasn't alive yet at that point (which I don't know the math on but I think he should have been alive already when Booth and Brennan first met), then Booth would have been with Rebecca and therefore not interested in Brennan because he's already said he's never cheated on anyone in his life and never wanted to.
I still need to watch the episode, because I wasn't home tonight, but I really hate it when the showrunners ignore details they've already established, just so they can create this destined love thing between Booth and Brennan.
Sorry, Sofi, I don't mean to bitch and moan on your LJ. *is sheepish* I'm just worried about watching this episode. I don't like the Sweets angle, so I'm not loving the news that he's once again pushing them together. As if they ever needed that! They were an interesting, unique and amazing couple on their own, you know?
