Change is regular. Every 4 years in the US, we have a national election to put the most important position in our country up for grabs.
Change is useful if you embrace the idea that you can't stop it but you can help redirect it, and even then it's not what you can do alone but the people you pull in to create that ripple effect. How many positive change-makers acted alone, perhaps at first, but near the zenith of their influence?
