the springs
Today Marc, Eric, Alex, Margo, Hill and I piled into Marc's and Alex's cars and went to Ichetucknee springs (I really don't know how to spell that name) I swam the first run without a tube, as usual , and as a bonus I didn't get hypothermia from it this year, though I came close. after that we ate lunch in the parking lot and had an ice fight, before returning to the river to float down it a second time. This was followed by a second ice fight and dinner at my house. After dinner we hung out and talked for a long time. After finishing that Calc test this week, my summer has begun shaping up really nicely, I have spent a lot of time with friends, and the lab job that I landed is turning out to be a really cool one, of the type normally saved for grad students in the department.
