rain
I love the weather that we have been having for the last day or so. In my opinion the rain makes the trees look greener, it washes the dust, and pollen and any pollutants out of the, air, and it helps stop the oppressive Florida heat. The sound of the rain is rhythmic and peacefully, and in my opinion not much beats reading by a window while rain pours down just outside, occasionally punctuated by flashes of lightning and the rumble of thunder. After the rain passes, the air outside is refreshing, and everything looks renewed. One of the few things that I like about Florida is that it is the thunderstorm capital of the world.
