Christmas music is the best. It's all like, "shit naw, we're going to be cheerful!" Some people write sad Christmas songs, but they can go to hell. I don't want to be sad during Christmas. Too bad it's not Christmas right now ;_;
Speaking of things that are the best, videogames used to be so fun. Gathering around the television with a gang of friends and flicking the Super Nintendo on to play some heated games of Mario Kart battle mode - nothing is quite like it. The game does not really matter, either. As long as it's multiplayer, it's fun. Jason (or El Japana to those in Internet Land) and I whiled away many hours playing SNES ROMs; some tried and true classics like Street Fighter, and some obscure Japanese games with heavy homosexual overtones (lol Gay Fighter).
This is probably why I enjoy tabletop RPGs so much. They are all about playing with others. At the very least, you need two people, and commonly 3 or 4 or 5 or more. Well, I guess it's possible to play Dungeons and Dragons by yourself, but that's really lame.
You will note that I said "used to be so fun." Where did the fun go? I dunno. World of Warcraft has captured my attention, but that has been waning and I am not sure if it's worth $15 a month anymore. I have the best times when I am adventuring with Len or Tony or Danny or anybody, even if we're just level 1 gnomes killing wolves for copper. That hasn't been happening recently. Where have you gone, Leonard ;_;. I have tried to get into games like Planescape: Torment, Fallout, and Half-Life, but it's hard. I want multiplayer games!
Speaking of tabletop RPGs, read this if you were going to play in my RPG!
Two important developments: my homebrew setting has been cut (it's simply not ready) and I have decided on wednesday games. I know that Adam, Jason, and Stefan have said that they can play on Wednesdays, but the others I can't recall. If you want to play on wednesdays, reply and tell me your top two choices for a game to play.
