Right.
People will never cease to amaze me, and some shall always be around to confirm that love is indeed blind!
What I should be doing right now :
1) Studying for a Pol Sci test
2) Finish my Literature homework on Browning ( I get to mail my assignment to my teacher, how cool is that?)
3) Start working on Sociolgy slides which is due Wednesday!
What I want to do:
1) Sleep
2) Read Mansfield Park by Jane Austen
3) Go to Blossoms and buy some more books!
This weekend was fun! It started on Friday, which was Republic Day. Ok this is weird because I can't really remember what I did. Oh yeah, the newly married happy couple arrived from Kerela! We watched a very entertaining marrige video. And here my memory goes blank again.
Anyway Saturday was major fun. I met a couple of my friends at Symphony to watch "Blood Diamond". We decided we'd by the Rs.70 Front Stall tickets, since Rs 150 for a Balcony ticket sounded quite unreasonable!
Before the movie however, we had an early lunch at KFC and walked down Brigade road, where I spotted "The Bookworm" ( a second hand bookstore). Browsed a bit, and then it was time to head back to Symphony
The movie was really gripping. It's been a long time since I saw such a serious movie, and considering the last DiCaprio film I saw was Titanic, I saw Leo in a whole new light! The gore was unsettling, but it really hits you and makes the movie all the more effective.
After the movie, we walked down Church Street where I gave in to temptation at Blossoms, and bought Pride and Prejudice and Mansfield Park. Then, we stopped off at the Mamma Mia outlet for some Gelato!
Sunday, I watched another movie: Salaam-e-Ishq. Eew.Yuck.Ick. Thats all I have to say
OOK now I'm really dead if I don't finish my work so tata!
